Our Values at E+L are Innovation, World-class, Ethical and belief in the positive exponential power of partnerships.
Our intention is to build entrepreneurship programs that are both innovative and sustainable for entrepreneurs, start ups and growing businesses either directly or in partnerships - for micro and small enterprises – and should roll out in 2011.Our partners include top global business schools, corporates and development partners.

We run trademarked E+L signature walks - The E+L Walk; E+L Youth Walk (maiden walk in April 2011), and the Women Mentoring Women Walk.
Pure unadulterated Business Mentorship and Entrepreneurship walks are a first for Kenya and Africa. We are going by the Japanese proverb - “Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher.”

The flagships are informal 1.5 hour mentorship walks where mentees get to walk, talk, observe, question, and explore the mentors’ world. The mentors in turn, get to demonstrate, explain and model.

Through the walks, we currently have over 300 mentors – captains of industry and top entrepreneurs. We have so far effected close to 500 businesses and carried out 2 successful events/walks – the E+L [entrepreneurs] Walk and Women Mentoring Women Walk.
