Nyokabi Njuguna - Founder and President of the E+L Foundation

Ms. Nyokabi Njuguna is a marketer entrepreneur and brings in over 16 years commercial entrepreneurship having functioned in diverse executive roles and interrelationships. Her intense passion for harnessing the spirit of the African entrepreneur led her to establish the Entrepreneurship & Leadership FoundationTM.
She holds a BA degree from University of Nairobi KENYA and has attended several workshops on marketing, entrepreneurship and leadership some by Columbia Business School; Wells Fargo Bank Training Centre, USA; ITC (Geneva, Switzerland) and CBI (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) etc.
At the International level, she is an expert brand panelist for FutureBrand’s Country Brand Index 2009; International Advisory Board Member/ Think Tank - World Entrepreneurship Forum; contributor at the World Economic Forum on Africa 2010 on Business Priorities in Education and was guest speaker on Enterprise Development and Job Creation during the G8 Africa Business Forum 2010 in UK. She is also an alumnus of the FORTUNE 500/US State Department Global Women's Mentoring Partnership.

Ms. Nyokabi is also the CEO of Marketing Strategies & Solutions – a marketing & branding consulting practice with an associate strength of 150 diversified subject matter experts and global business partners. MSS can undertake any work across Africa and our clients span East, Central and South Africa.

Mr. Amoyo Andibo

Mr. Amoyo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Marketing) from Moi University and a Diploma in Business Administration. He is co-founder of Unclaimed Property Assets Register (K) Limited – an unclaimed asset reunification solutions provider as well as Business Research & Analyst at Marketing Strategies & Solutions.

He has extensive business research training by Dun & Bradstreet International, one of the world’s leading global business information and credit reporting firms.

Mr. Thomas Ondigi

Thomas Ondigi is the Senior Partner at Thomas and Associates [TAA] - Certified Public Accountants.
Thomas held several positions prior to founding TAA including High School Teacher at Brook house Senior School; counselor and mentor at the Kenyatta University Ministry and Christian Leadership Training with the Navigators Kenya. Thomas sits on several boards.

Mr. Richard Mizrack

Richard Mizrack is a Partner, Mizrack & Gantt; Founder and Member Manager, Strategic Resources & Strategies LLC. Richard has more than 40 years of corporate, business and commercial experience and skills and holds an LLM from Harvard Law School with degrees from the University of Chicago and Columbia Law School.He is based in New York USA and is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and the American and International Bar Associations.

Mrs. Wamuyu Mahinda

Mrs. Wamuyu Mahinda is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi, with a Bachelor of Arts (Design) degree and a Masters of Business Administration. She is previously the Chief Commissioner for Kenya Girl Guides Association and is a World Board Member– World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGS).

Mr. Chandu Shah

Mr. Shah is a Barrister at Law (Advocate) and MBA. He is the chairman of the Aquasantec group of companies which offer water and sanitation solutions.
Mr. Shah was born in India and came to Kenya in 1948 and since then Kenya has been his home.

Mr. Etienne Delbar

Mr. Delbar has a Masters in Economics and Social Sciences, Namur University, Belgium and has done management courses at the Boston University USA. He has 26 years experience in Africa as General Manager/Finance Manager for two international groups active in agro-industry and distribution.

He is Chairman of the East African Fine Coffee Association, Kenyan Chapter and resides in Nairobi.

Eng. Geoffrey Mbugua Kamau

Mr. Mbugua is a registered civil engineer and holder of an MBA post Graduate degree.

He is currently serving as the executive director of Pinnacle Projects Ltd.

He has previously worked with Transfleet (EPZ), Mugoya construction and Engineering ltd, steel structures and Sir Alexander Gibbs and Partners.
