† The Entrepreneurship & Leadership Foundation is a non-profit based in Nairobi KENYA with a vision to establish the brand across Africa. Our business model at E+L is an ecosystem comprised of mentorships, empowerment and capacitating platforms to entrepreneurs. We are committed to creating a differentiated breed of entrepreneurs across Africa who will transform economies by building long term brands into global sustainable enterprises.
† Africa’s development and economic growth will come about as a result of innovation and the quality of business leadership. E+L will inculcate and set high standards in entrepreneurship and make use of the abundant knowledge, talent and best case practices available in Kenya, regionally and globally to develop indigenous businesses into blue chip companies and global enterprises.
† The Foundation will act as a catalyst for making entrepreneurship savvy and hip and one of the most critical factors that will make the Kenyan and African economies to move, reboot and grow; hence improving, upgrading and transforming the quality of entrepreneurship and businesses across Africa.

† E+L sits on the recruiting committee of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 women at United States International University KENYA. We also work with CARTIER on their Cartier Women's Initiative Awards to help disseminate information within Sub Sahara Africa for the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards. CARTIER is in association with INSEAD and McKinsey.
† E+L’s 10 years Stretch Goal is to effect 3000 + businesses/entrepreneurs and bring down the attrition of emerging businesses to less than 20% - now at over 45%.
† Entrepreneurship and economic empowerment for at least 3million YOUTH from the local, regional and global universities.
